Responsibility

Job Description:

1. According to the customer or business personnel to provide customer orders (sample, small batch, batch) type and delivery date tracking, scheduling written weekly plan;

2. According to the different order types out of the system, hit the sales order;

3. Report records all customer shipping data for reference;

4. Check with customers at regular time every month, once a month, and record data retention;

5. Delivery sign receipt, invoice sign receipt backup for more than three years;

6. CONTRACT APPROVAL, price approval, quotation. Keep a copy of the contract for more than three years. Customer Payment Tracking Record Sheet, monthly report;

7. Pay attention to the production, and sales staff to check the inventory stagnation.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree, good English, can accept excellent graduates.
